When you pay by card, card number, expiration date, and security code are collected by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

The site also collects routine technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies) used to operate and secure the site.

How we use it
We use this information to:

  • Provide engineering, investigation, and consulting services
  • Process invoice payments and send receipts

  • Staff and licensed engineers working on your matter
  • Stripe, to process card payments

If a matter involves other parties (architect, attorney, owner, contractor), we share project information only as needed for that work.

How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept long enough to respond and, if we are hired, as part of the project file. Project and payment records are kept as required for professional, tax, and legal purposes. Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security and operations.
